Choice of model To start your customization, you must select the hair system model. Polyurethane bases -: 0.03mm polyurethane membrane. -: 0.05mm polyurethane membrane. -: 0.07mm polyurethane membrane. -: 0.09mm polyurethane membrane. Lace base -: fully lace base (Swiss or French). Mixed bases -: lace base with a thin rear polyurethane strip. -: mainly polyurethane base with a lace frontal hairline. -: lace base in the center and polyurethane on the contour. If you are not sure about your model, we recommend using one of our experts to be advised. You can also consult our online comparator or perform your diagnosis. Type of lace - French lace is slightly rougher than Swiss lace. - Swiss lace is the most appreciated for its softness and finesse. The difference between the two types of lace is very slight, almost invisible to the naked eye. The choice of lace type is only available for,, and models. Knot bleaching This option allows for a more natural implantation for lace bases. Our bleaching is 2/3 which is considered "correct" to avoid weakening the attachment point in the base. Knot bleaching is only available for and models. Polyurethane width With the model, you can choose the size of the polyurethane in its width. The default option is 6cm in the center and 5cm on the sides, however if you decide to cut the base to your size, this polyurethane strip may no longer be sufficiently present. Contour polyurethane width For the model, you must define the size of the polyurethane contour. This size will be the same for the entire contour of the hair system, including the frontal line. Hair length The minimum length is 15 centimeters. You can however choose a greater length (20cm, 25cm, 30cm). Beyond 30cm in length, a quote will be established based on the production cost and will be sent to you after validation of your order. Prices vary several times a year due to certain criteria, so it is possible that the rate evolves depending on your orders. Our technicians do not perform haircuts during custom confection. For the model, the default length will be 15cm due to the thickness of the membrane which cannot support too much weight. Choice of color - I send a hair lock: This option allows you to order and send your lock so that the technician determines your shade. Please consult this article regarding sending your hair lock. - Shade according to the sent lock: If you have already placed an old custom order, you can select this option. The technicians will take into account your previous lock for your new confection. - Custom creation: This option will be useful if your shade is not offered in our color ring. Our team will then have to proceed with the custom creation of your color. This option will be paid during your first confection. The shade will be kept and can be used again for your future orders. - Darkroot: By choosing this color option, you opt for a gradient of 2 shades. For example, dark roots (#1B) and light lengths (#613). You can choose the size of the root, for example for a hair length of 15cm = approximately 3cm of roots and 12cm of lengths. - Other color: This option is generally useful for professionals. We will not accept colorimetry mentions (dark brown, chestnut, blonde) or (mix of blonde and chestnut) or (light and dark balayage). We offer shades with many different nuances that are not part of standard colorimetry, these mentions will therefore be incomprehensible to our technicians. The price of your custom confection may increase depending on the color. The final price will be sent to you before the start of production of your hair system. White hair - No white hair: This means you do not wish to add white to your initial color. - Synthetic fiber: Choosing synthetic fiber will allow you not to have to perform de-yellowing care. White hair can tend to yellow over time. With synthetic fiber, the color will remain the same throughout the use of your hair system. - Natural: Beyond 50% white hair, we strongly recommend opting for natural (white) hair, as the texture may be less pleasant. Our synthetic fiber is not "synthetic hair", it is a high quality fiber that can be heated to 180°C and washed like natural hair. The percentage goes from 5% to 5%, we do not accept variants like 12%, 61%. Density It is important to choose the density of your hair system well, because if it is too high it can bring an unnatural effect. Densities from 50% are considered very light, 80% as light, and 100% as a light/normal density. Densities beyond 130% are not really recommended for men because they are very thick and are therefore more suitable for women. Learn more about density For the model, the proposed density option does not exceed 100% due to the thickness of the membrane which cannot support too much weight. We have the possibility to offer you a different density on certain areas of the hair. This allows you for example for the frontal line to have a less dense effect and therefore reproduce identically a natural implantation. If you do not wish to opt for a different density on the frontal line, you can choose "identical to global density". Implantation style You have the possibility to choose the implantation style to create your favorite movement. - Freestyle: This implantation style is the most appreciated, because it allows all possible hairstyles. You can create a styled/messy effect, raise the hair completely upwards, but also create a parting in the center or on the side. We generally recommend this implantation style. - Backwards: As its name suggests, this style allows an implantation towards the back for perfect movement if you only wish to style your hair raised. It is preferable to opt rather for freestyle if you sometimes flatten your hair on the forehead. Frontal hairline You have the possibility to choose different shapes of borders, so as to obtain a result close to your original frontal implantation. In the case of a confection according to the template, the frontal hairline will be that of your template. Wave type We offer several different waves, ranging from "straight" to "afro". You can thus choose the wave that corresponds to you the most. It's also possible to reproduce the effect you want based on a photo. If you have naturally straight hair, we recommend choose a very slightly wavy texture, which will give a more natural effect than totally straight hair. Learn more about the wave In the case of a wavy, curly, frizzy or afro wave, it is possible to notice a slight lightening of the color, due to the techniques used to achieve various curls. Size and dimensions of the base Size of the base - Less than or equal to 20 x 25cm: If the size of your system is maximum 20 x 25cm (20 being the width and 25 being the length), this option must be selected. You can however customize your size, for example 15 x 20cm or 22 x 23cm. - Greater than 20 x 25cm: Beyond the size 20 x 25cm, we consider it a total hair replacement. The confection will be done only using a template to reproduce the curve of your skull. Dimensions of the base - Standard size: It is 20 x 25cm (width x length) and generally suits all our users. A cut will have to be made before installation. - Confection according to a new template: This option allows you to send us your new template so that our technicians can make the mold of your system. The use of a template will be essential if your measurements exceed the standard size (20 x 25cm). Learn more about the template The fees for the new template will be counted only during the new manufacture. For your future orders, you can choose the option " already has the template". - already has the template: If you have already placed an old order with a template, this option will be useful and will allow you not to finance the creation costs for a new template. When selecting this option, a dedicated box appears to let you add the number of the old order for which this same template was used. - I know my measurements: For this option, it is important to know your measurements perfectly in length and width. The manufacture will be done according to these measurements and the size cannot be modified once the confection is launched. Therefore, important to pay particular attention if you choose this option. For this option, a box appears to let you add your measurements. The processing of your order begins upon receipt of your template. We count 3 to 5 additional days for the routing of the template to our production line. The technician will not take into account texts present on the template. The mentions "F" and "B" must be added with a marker on your template. F = Front (at the front of the template), B = Back (at the back of the template). Manufacturing times When validating your custom order, you can choose your production time. The standard option (10 to 14 weeks) is selected by default, you can however choose Express manufacturing which will add an additional cost to your order. With the Express option, your confection will be made in 4 to 6 weeks. A delay of 4 to 6 weeks is necessary for an Express confection. It may be that the manufacturing time is longer depending on the options you choose. If you opt for a larger size, or a high density, an additional delay of several days/weeks may be necessary. In case of combined purchase with other products (stock system, care products, etc... ) the shipping times will be those of your custom system (the longest). It will not be possible to request multiple shipments for one order. We therefore advise you to split your purchases into 2 orders. In the 1st order, you can order your stock products, and in the second, your custom confection. Special requests and photos The "Add a comment" box allows you to add a particular request to your custom confection. Depending on your requests, our team may contact you to adapt your confection or the price of your hair system. Remember that the indications present in this comment space may not be respected. We mainly take into account the initial form of your custom confection. Adding a photo allows you to bring clarifications to your order form. You can use this space to add a visual of the desired wave, or the overall style you wish to obtain. You can choose the removal of excess frontal hairline. The excess polyurethane is useful if you wish to define yourself the start of the hair implantation on the frontal line. By default, the frontal surplus is present. If you check the box, this excess border will be removed. This option is only available for models having polyurethane in the frontal line.
