How natural can the hairline look?+

The hairline is designed to look natural when the base, density, color, cut, and attachment are matched correctly. Ultra-thin skin and lace fronts can create a low-profile transition at the front, especially when installed with care.

What's the actual lifespan?+

12 to 16 weeks of daily wear with weekly re-tape. Clients on our care-kit refill subscription average closer to 16 weeks. The base, not the hair, determines lifespan.

Can I swim or shower in it?+

Swimming and showering depend on the base, adhesive, install method, and maintenance routine. If you plan to swim, ask support before ordering so the right setup and care instructions can be confirmed.

What if it doesn't fit on the first wear?+

Support terms can depend on the product and order details. Current shipping, return, cancellation, and product-support terms are shown in the relevant policy pages and can be confirmed with support before ordering.

How is it different from a stock system?+

A stock cap is built for a head shape. This is built for your head, from a tape-and-cling mould of your specific scalp. The difference shows at the hairline and the temples: the two places everyone looks.
