This withdrawal procedure is not intended for custom-made confections or with a personalized wave, as these are productions made especially for you. Fixation and maintenance products are also not covered for cancellation for hygiene reasons. When you order a custom-made hair hair system, production begins 48 working hours after your purchase. You therefore have the possibility to request the cancellation of your custom confection during this period. Beyond that, a refund may be possible up to 50% of the total amount, but will depend on the progress of your confection.
