Package Tracking
How production and shipping work for hair systems and how to track your package
Your total wait has two parts: the time to make the system and the time to ship it. Made-to-order units take longer to produce than ready-to-ship stock, and shipping then depends on your destination. Because these timeframes change with demand and location, the accurate estimate is always the one shown at checkout.
Production time
Most systems are custom-made, so each unit is built to your specification before it ships. Production time depends on the base, the level of customization, and current demand. A stock item that is ready to send skips this stage. For the current estimate, check the product page or checkout rather than relying on a fixed figure.
Shipping time
Once made, the system is dispatched and shipping time depends on your destination and the method chosen at checkout. Your order confirmation shows the estimate for your address.
Tracking your package
When your order ships, you receive a confirmation with a tracking number and link, and you can also view status in your account order history. If tracking has not updated for a while, it usually means the carrier has not yet scanned the next checkpoint rather than a problem.
Important constraints
- Total wait = production time + shipping time.
- Made-to-order units take longer than stock; plan ahead for events.
- Exact timeframes can change — checkout and your confirmation are the source of truth.
When to contact us
If you need a system by a specific date, or tracking has stalled or details are missing, contact support with your order number and we will help and resend tracking if needed.

FAQ
Why does my order take time to arrive? Most systems are made to order, so production happens before shipping. Stock items ship faster.
Where do I find tracking? In your shipping confirmation email and in your account order history.
Agent-safe answer
Total wait = production + shipping. Made-to-order units produced before dispatch (longer than stock); shipping depends on destination/method. Exact timeframes change — use checkout/confirmation estimates, not fixed numbers. Tracking via confirmation email + account order history. Stalled/missing tracking → contact support with order number. [Timeframes flagged for Vincent to confirm.]
