Lace Edge 180 MD

The Lace Edge 180 MD takes our proven lace-and-poly hybrid and turns the volume up: a breathable Swiss lace top, a clear PU bonding perimeter, and a fuller 120% medium density for men whose natural hair ran thick.

Best for: wearers who found standard densities too sparse against their own hair — and want the easy bonding of a poly edge with a lace-grade front.

Construction: a Swiss lace base with a clear polyurethane perimeter for taping. 100% Indian human hair at 120% medium density, 5 in (12.7 cm) factory length with a natural 30 mm wave, freestyle direction. Choose from base sizes 8"×10", 7"×9", 6"×9", and 6"×8", then trim to your template.

Hairline & naturalness: the front 1" carries bleached knots on a CC contour, so roots soften into the lace and the forehead transition reads as scalp. (Bleaching is skipped on shades #1, #1A, #7, #7ASH, #18, and #22 to protect the fiber.)

Durability: sturdier knotting through the body and the PU edge keep the fuller density secure through daily wear. Plan on roughly 4–6 months per unit; many wearers keep 2 to 3 units a year in rotation.

Maintenance: bond to the PU with tape or liquid adhesive, wash with sulfate-free products, never comb wet, air-dry, and let adhesive release fully before removal.

Not ideal for: men who want a subtler, lighter look — the standard Lace Edge 180 carries the same construction at 90% density. And if your style exposes the sides and back, look at the Lace Edge 360.
