Receipt of Goods

Upon arrival, you must examine your new hair system for any apparent production error. We have a 14-day warranty policy, meaning you have 14 days to report an issue with your product after receiving your item. Apparent production error may include, but is not limited to, the following items:

1. Base material 2. Base size 3. Hair color 4. Gray hair percentage 5. Hair color highlights or special design 6. Waves or curls 7. Hair density 8. Hair length

*We request you hold onto the original shipping materials to use in case of potential return.

 

Warranty for defective systems

Extended defective unit 30 days warranty: An issue reported within the first 30 days of use and wear may be eligible for return or repair or exchange. This includes but is not limited to premature fading or excessive shedding. Please be prepared to document the issues with pics of the system and information about how the system was attached, maintenance products used, and maintenance routine.

Systems that are not properly attached, removed or maintained will not be eligible for warranty. Repair/replacement will be at our discretion. 

The identification label attached to the base of the hair system must be intact, and readable.  If it has been removed, the warranty is voided.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items / non-cancellable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or canceled, like custom-made products or premade products that have been cut-to-size from measurements or from a template. Custom-made orders, even if paid partially on a monthly basis, are non-cancellable from the moment they enter production.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. These items will no be eligible for a refund.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Shipping fees and cost
All the fees related to the shipping of an order, including the order shipping cost and the return shipping cost, will have to be covered by the customer, and they are non-refundable.


Refunds & Exchange

We have a 14-day warranty policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hairsolutions.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
