Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

Premade orders can be called under the following circumstances:

1. Your order can be cancelled within 1-2 business days if it has not yet shipped from our warehouse.
2. Cancellations for orders shipped will be considered a return, see below.
3. Custom orders can be cancelled under the following circumstances:
4. Your order can be cancelled with no penalty within 2 business days of the order being placed, if production has started, there will be no possibility of cancellation.
 
Monthly Plans Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly plan subscription at any time; however, the following conditions apply:

1. You will be liable for the total retail cost of all hair systems delivered (i.e., you will forfeit the discounts already applied).
2. If an order is in production, it will be delivered to you upon completion. The payment plan will only be canceled once the due amount covers the retail costs for that system.
